You can also consider, just consuming greens and or vegetables high in fiber. The best advantage of eating foods high in fiber is that the role of fiber is to clean the digestive track, colon, etc. Fibrous food move through the digestive system and acts like a sweeper by attaching to pre-existing gunk within your digestive system and passing it out of your body. The consuption of insoluble fiber can help with constipation, colitis, colon, obesity and hemorrhoids, etc. Whole foods like fruits and vegitables, nuts, seeds and oat brans, etc help remove the gunk.

I only trust one and only way of naturally becoming thin and that is lots of excercise and walking. it had really worked for me, and there is no tension of side effects also as it is 100% natural and good for health also. I walk to my college and return. And so I feel much better than before.

How long have you been doing the exercises and the diet? Don't expect things to be normal or thinner after just doing them a few weeks, it takes 3-4months before you really see the effects. Not to mention that your body is still adjusting from the hospital stay and medication. What happened to you in the first place?

I've been told that it really helps to increase your normal fluid intake, which means you have to drink more water. Never mind the typical "drink 8 glasses per day" saying! You should drink AT LEAST 2 Liters of water everyday, and if you drink more, the better:)It's a natural way to detoxify too:)
