BelleetBon Selter water and lime is a great subsitute for soda. Also there are brands that offer flavored selzer water. You can check out Walmart, Publix and or Whole Foods for a variety of flavored sprizters.

BelleetBon Sounds like a good call. Everyone's internal system is different as far as the prescription meds are concerned. You may also want to consider behavioural management because this is an emotional eating issue.

BelleetBon I definitely believe certain genres of music or the words in the music promote(s) and or translate(s) to violence. "Words" alone are extremeley powerful, it may not seem that way, but if you really think about it, words leave impressions.
