Frankly to say, i am really a lazybone and i hate to do housework. In my opinion,it totally is a kind of wasting time. But you know in China, almost every middle aged persons were influenced by the old ideas that the housework should be done by women. If i have my own family i really do not want that all the housework are belong to me,and i do not want to be a housewife all the time.I'd like to hire a hourly employee. So what's your opinions?

Hi vincyk, I loathe and detest housework with a vengeance, it is all so pointless. I'd love to be able to afford to employ someone to come in and do it all for me.
Which reminds me though, just one more coffee then I really promise not to find yet another excuse not to do what I also managed to make excuses for not doing yesterday, the dreaded housework.

I've always wanted my home clean, tidy and organized so housework I really do not hate. I love doing them and I love to see my house a pleasant dwelling place at anytime. I'm happy I have a husband who is also very industrious and he is always helping me out in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our home which we consider a piece of heaven on earth.

house work is misery ,so i sing and dance while doing it.i have a big house, and chronic fatigue-a comination that pretty much guartees that theres always a mess spinning out of control somewhere.if hadnt figured out how to make clean up tolerable ,i have been sucked down beneath the waves long ago. my house routine is as follows:
pick my battle which mess is pssing me off the most?which one look like the most fun to tackle ?if there no clear answer to either of those question which one is most pressing?figure out where i am going to focus my work and gather appropriate tools.
go find tiara.no,i am joking .i own a beautiful twinkly tiara worthy of miss canada.it is only worn when i clean house.when i sit down,it must come off again.but i feel so beautiful - and so silly- when i wear it that it actually makes housework sorta fun.
turn on tv or stereo.the length of the programe or album sets the lenght of my house keeping session- usually between 30- 60 minutes.
clean for the alloted time.when the album or tv show is over i am done for the day .doesnt matter if there still more to do it.it will be there tomarrow, and i will get to it then.
thirty to 60 minutes a day of this plus every other week support from a housekeeper and mandated one hour full family team cleaming blitz every saturday keep the house generally presentable and the health department from talking a special interest

hi i agree with you up to some extent. but do the housework wont be waste of time.because it is one of the part of our family.if husband and wife both have jobs then they must help each other. Then only we enjoy our family life. Here we doing work for ourselves not for any one. Try to do the work with this motive. So you can work easily and happily.I don't say we should do the work if we do the work we make the family happy with that we will be happy. This is my opinion friends.

I like housework. I think clearly when my room is in order. When i wake up, i exercise, eat breakfast, then do some house work. I clear my desk, place my recently read books back on the rack, sometimes polish my shoes, or simply sweep the floor or wash something that i find dirty. That's how i start my day. Then rest for a bit before i go take a shower.
It serves as my form of exercise. haha. Then i'm up to a days work in my office since i work from home and visit clients when necessary.
I guess people have different preferences. some people hate it. but very few like me, enjoy it :)

I hate housework. I think anyone who actually enjoys the act of doing housework has a screw lose. However I do love the end result of housework. Though I do not keep a totally dirt free home with my three children, I do like that the place be tidy and clean. I would not hire someone else to do it though because I would not want to spend the money and I don't like other people touching my stuff.

I am not really interested to do house work. My mom never let me to do house work when I was staying with her. Now, I am married and I have to do some house work. My husband is good at cleaning and he does most of the cleanin work at home. I do most of the cooking work. I am not good at cleaning and I don't enjoy cleaning. Now, I started liking cooking and I am trying out new recipes on weekends.

I do not like housework. But I know it has to be done so I just do it. I clean the house at least every other week. The laundry has to be done once a week and dishes are at least rinse every night and put in the dish washer.

It always depends on my mood to work household chores but we are being scheduled during weekend to clean up the mess of our room by my parents. It is always our duty every weekend. Sometimes I am not feeling better to do some household chores because my rest is only during weekend.

I don't mind doing housework, but it is not my favorite thing to do. It is more out of necessity than desire. Sometimes i will do housework more out of life's frustrations. If I'm doing something constructive around the house, it can eases tensions elsewhere. There are certain chores i like to make sure are done on a daily basis. others can wait until the mood strikes me.

I don't mind doing housework. I plug away at it over the course of my free time. I don't really like doing dishes. I do like to vacuum, dust and clean behind furniture. I like to live in a clean house the is fairly neat and orderly. I also like to have a lived in house. I have children and do not have everything picked up all the time. We make messes in the house and we clean them up. I would not like having a maid because I think I would worry about her finding things I don't want her to or going through my things. I don't think I would be comfortable with a strange person doing my cleaning.

I actually don't mind most of it, to be honest. I mean, there are definitely things I'd rather be doing, but the end result of a home that's clean and smells nice, to me, makes it all very therapeutic. There's just something about seeing a mess and then seeing no mess! I'm a housewife who lives by the "Clean just a few minutes a day" rule. Then usually about once every week to ten days, I'll do a massive job in the whole house. One thing I have to admit to not liking, though, is putting laundry away. Sorting and doing the laundry don't seem to be problematic - it's the putting them away part that's no fun!

I do like doing housework specially cleaning the house. I enjoy rearranging the furnitures at home. And I feel satisfied that our place is clean and tidy.At our house, the household chores are evenly divided among members so there's a lot of free time for other things after the assigned chore is completed.
