just eat less only essential food and go for run in morning as well as evening.u will lose

the best way to lose wight is to eat three meals a day, espeially breakfast because breakfast puts you organism to work, and to have two snaks between meals. do not eat aftre six o'clock in the evening, just drink water. you should drink at least 2 liters of water a day if posible with some lemon juise in it because lemon juice helps reduce fats. and in top of that some workout. 15-20 minutes a day. of course no fats, sodas, and try to cut off the bread for a while. good luck

Exercise and going vegan- cutting down on cheese and pop/soda will do wonders!
My aunt quit drinking pop/soda and 2 weeks lost 5 lbs.
