What is the best way to discipline childre. I don't spank my kids and now people say they are spoiled and will turn out bad. so fat they seem to be fine, but I'd like some ideas.

morningstar I don't think so. I worked with someone that had many affairs, but he always had his wife's photo on his desk and whenever you saw them in public theyd be very loving, but he'd still grab you behind her back. and that can't be love.

It must be difficult to diet to lose weight. Do you use weight loss products to help.

morningstar It is difficult, when you irst start a diet you lose alot of weight, but after a while it slows down. I don't believe in weight loss products, you always get a low kj. diet to follow or an exercise program. That's what helps to lose weight not the product. I...
