I have been on diets all of my adult life , I loose it then I put it back again , I do use low calorie foods , low fat low sugar , but when I get stressed I go eat something nice again , I don't drink and don't smoke and I reward myself with food , my family say they love me the way I am bless them but I would like to be slim , xx

A good point. Many people look at having to go on a "diet", that they'll just lose weight and after they do go back to their normal eating patterns. What they really need to do is change their way of eating and exercising permanently, so they can avoiding losing and gaining weight and doing the yo-yo dieting.

It is difficult, when you irst start a diet you lose alot of weight, but after a while it slows down. I don't believe in weight loss products, you always get a low kj. diet to follow or an exercise program. That's what helps to lose weight not the product. I have tried most of them and the only thing that helps is a healthy eating habit and exercise.
