Suggestions for upgrades?

I have a Compaq Presario SR2150NX and I'm looking to buy more RAM and a better video card, possibly a CPU if I can manage to figure out how to modify the motherboard.
The Compaq is largely unmodified, with one PCI Express 2.0 slot, and 2 RAM slots (not sure of size).
Specs:
CPU - 3.33gHz
Graphics - ATI Radeon XPRESS 1100(inactive, but installed), nVidia 9500GT (1GB on-board RAM)
RAM - 1GB (512x2)
If you can find any parts under $100 for the RAM or for the graphics card, please let me know!

wow i think you should collect more information about RAM or another item that you want to buy, you should buy them in guaranteed shop =)

I suggest that you try upgrading your video card first then you will definitely see a difference in performance right away, your nvidia 9500GT is not that fast ( I used to own one), for 100$, there's a couple of decent card out there that will outperform your current 9500GT by a mile.
