dekada80 Hi, have you tried inserting it to another slot or on another computer? Try using the add new hardware in the control panel and see if it can detect your usb or manually install driver also under the add new hardware.

dekada80 For a friend who is using windows, I will recommend firefox or opera but not IE, for a mac user, also firefox then safari, safari has a much organized history and bookmarks feature but firefox is still a better choice.
