my U disk can not be open,help!

when i take the U into my pc,the system point is saying the USB can't be identy i am mad at it,please tell me what should i do about it thank u

Hi, have you tried inserting it to another slot or on another computer? Try using the add new hardware in the control panel and see if it can detect your usb or manually install driver also under the add new hardware.
