hi there muscle heads!!..what type of protien is best for you, WHEY CONCENTRATE? - most basic form of protien, a great starting point for beginners and those looking to add protien to their diet, but some people find it hard time to digest and will end up feeling a little gassy and bloated. CASEIN PROTIEN? - slow to break, it takes 5-7hrs. best before bedtime to keep anabolic througout the night and will be able to utilize the protien in your body. WHEY ISOLATES? - one of the quickest absorbing protien and pefect for low carb diets, it is also great for pre and post workout because it supply the muscle the nutrients needed to help recovery and grow but it cost much to your wallet. HYDROLYSATE PROTIEN? - most expensive source of protien but has highest quality, it provide highly absortion peptides that can have a great anabolic effect, also ideal for pre and post workout. SOY PROTIEN? - a good source of protien for vegetarian, loaded with glutamine, arginine and BCAA's and supports healthy cholesterol profie due to the isoflavones found. MILK PROTIEN ISOLATES? - contain both casein and whey protien, full of amino acids and preferably used anytime of the day. EGG ALBUMIN? - old school source of protien....for me, whey protien isolates during the day and casein protien before bed time works for me...PUMP IT UP BROS!!

look ma man if you want creatin or protein or stuffs like dekanol or something like that....then use testosteron, but the real for body building, go to your doctor, advised with him and he will tell you what to do and how with those testosteron to make some muscle...take testosterons a hard pratcise with heavy weights twice a day, after one mont, once a day...and in 3-4 monts you will walk around like The Rock (Dwayne Jonson)...I say it for real....but dont forget to train your abs, or you will have then a big stomach, from the testosteron........
