Do you overcome discouragement?

Hi guys! I'm working as a call center agent and our company just started their business so there are many feedback that we cannot do this and that.. But all I can see is that we are not affected or discouraged with those feedback.. Actually the more we encounter objections, the more we are likely to prove that we're capable of reaching our goals. I believe that if we really work for what we desire to have then it shall be given to us whatever it is.. Just have faith in yourself and God.. Happy myLotting
