scrambled eggs is the best! paired with tosted bread and a tall glass of oj! or better yet the ultimate omelette with bacon,sausage and some veggies inside!

I also take oats i the morning,it's very good for your intestinal work.As doctors say ,it's the best time for body drainage in the morning.And the soya bean drink is very helpful to have a perfect skin.I enjoy the unique perfume of soya bean very much whice can give me a release.hehe~then have some pieces of freshly baked bread.Perfect!~

hi bart,
Breakfast is very essential food of the day and must for everyone , though this is the meal what most people skip. i eat a good hearty breakfast though i cant call it healthy. I usually like 2 eggs omellete along with four slices of break browned both side and i like to apply butter on both sides of bread or butter on one side and mixed fruit jam on otherside. The i would like to wash it all down with a glass of cold coffee ( though i dont make it daily and most of time i subsitute cold coffee with milk)

i eat them any ways. and add whatever i feel like when i wake up but got to have my coffee but if we have a big breakfast then its oj or choclet milk

Hello Bart! I love scrambled egg more than sunnyside up. :) And I want it well done too. I maybe weird but I find it hard to eat a semi-cooked egg. I would love to pair it with bacon, fried rice and hot choco.
