How often do you remember to say thank you to your spouse? Do you always say thank you to the ones you love when they do something for you? My spouse and I say thank you when each other do something for each other. It has always been that way with us we try to remember that it shows a form of respect to say thank you. Don't you?

There are things I say thank you to him for and things that he thanks me for, but I am sure we do many things for each other on a daily basis that we don't think to say thank you for. Like when he takes out the garbage I could thank him, but I don't normally think about doing so. Also he often does not thank me for cooking dinner, doing his laundry, cleaning the house and things like that because we just expect certain things from each other, often he will tell me dinner was good and I know that is his way of thanking me with out saying so.

We make it a point to say thank you for just about everything we do for each other. That is what went wrong with my last marriage I think. We took each other for granted and never said thank you too much. It was like a chore to live together and that got so boring to me. I hope and pray we never stop saying thank you to each other. Hope you have a great day!

Saying "thank you" or doing any act of gratitude is one of the best thing you can do to a person. It makes him feel important and appreciated on the things he has done. For me, it makes me feel happy when someone say "thank you" even in the little things Ive done.
