Woman as my boss

Hi JohnJeff! Hhmmm.... I think the only thing that I can say about your female boss is that she is kind of insecure and wants to prove herself to the world that she, a female, can also reach higher grounds and be the boss just like men. Although it's not uncommon for a high achiever female to feel that way, there are actually quite a several female women I know who are big time managers and at the same time down to earth. They don't boss around people and give their subordinates angry faces (which, by the way, is a very unprofessional thing to do). I guess it kind of depends on how mature the person is when it comes to being a leader, whether the person is male or female. Some people reached the top not because they are good leaders but because of politics and other unprofessional means. In your case, since I can see that your female boss is kind of unprofessional and not the good leader type, it would be difficult for you to deal with her but you can actually read some leadership books which could help you and give you some good advise in dealing with not-so-good leaders :) Or...unless she has some kind of a hidden crush on you and that is why she's acting that way towards you! Hehehehe! Just kidding! ;)

You can learn more from this lady boss.As she is capable of finding out the faults which your previous boss has failed,surely you will to do your job without any mistake in the future.And as she is sexy,you can enjoy her presence too.Anyhow,take it in the positive attitude and you won't feel bad working under her.Cheers!

you can learn a lot from your female boss.she is paying attention to details and would like to get positive,exact results.she would like to see improvements from results of your work.she may have a lot of lessons to share with you,from her work experience.see working with her as a learning experience.

hello johnJeff, Well, maybe she's just trying to make a good impression on her employees so that you guys would know that she means business. just do your best and wait until she becomes lenient on you guys, am pretty sure there's a high reward for doing an excellent job. besides karma is always near by.

You know here in my country there was this street saying when interpreted in english goes like this"there is no hard bread on a hot coffee" meaning no matter how difficult a thing is or a one persons character, it could still be melted with the right maneuver.Why not try to discover her likes and weaknesses.Sounds strange?But if you will know those then it would be easy for you to do the kind of work she expects from you.Every person has different characters,if we want to get along with them we should try to read them and not automatically react negatively.Because if so we will all end up a losers for many people are so mean and rude, but if you handled them wisely they will end up looking at you with high regards and respect.

I don't think that the gender of a boss matters. Whoever our boss will be, as long as he/she is doing his/her best to perform the functions being expected from him/her, I believe that it is not an issue. Maybe, you just find her approach that way because you are not that used to her way of managing. Maybe you just need to understand her before thinking negative to her. If she finds a mistake in your work, ask for her assistance or opinion on how you can improve and overcome it next time. Good luck!
