We work for our bosses and they hold the reins of us,on the other hand,we will be expelled if we don't have harmonious relationships with our colleagues.honestly, sometimes i donot know how to handle the relationships with my boss and colleagues when they have different opinions.in such a case, who will you stand up for, your boss or colleagues?or do you any tips on dealing with this problem?

say yes slowly, say no quickly.
the more thinking about your situation and other's.
I’m not clear what the right answer is.
//as long as ever you can//
do all the good you can,
by all the means you can,
in all the places you can,
at all the times you can,
to all the people you can,
as long as ever you can.(John Wesley)
I think if you can sincerely treat your boss or colleagues,
You will must be happy with your life

i can't suggest much, i don't have much to do with my boss really. we stay clear of each other private life wise, as not ruin what we have work wise. they are great to talk to and know what's going on in my life, so that if anything happens they know.
everyone should respect others opions.
