Do you feel restless even if your resting..Do you get what I mean.. Your body is in state of steady but your mind is not..

yeah,i always feel so exhausted.And i can't fall a sleep quickly at night and it is very hard to get up in the morning.But i don't know how to deal with it! It is a big problem for me.

Interestingly, during my working days, i dont have any feelings of this nature. But during weekly holidays, i suffer from this. On that day long i feel a restlessness within me. I think it happens for being too meticulous for accomplishing too many jobs on that day.
