I have a bath every day soon after I have finished with the morning chores and I get ready for the day which means I am dressed suitably even for a casual outing such as a visit to the bank and sundry shopping, welcoming visitors at home if any.

I think you got a Great plan of action too.. That is a very neat idea, that you do your chores in the morning then bathe.. With my husband home it is hard to have a schedual, I often wish I could, I think cleaning would be easier to achieve, I got a pile of laundy 5'8 LOL not really that big, 3 baskets full, I wouldn't change him being home tho

5'8 - I presume that would mean your beloved. Launder him too if he is in need so that he too will be ready for the day.

Yes I do, specially with the type of climate we have, I do bathe at least twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed but during summer which is very hot, I always take a shower whenever it's possible, it always felt nice coming from a shower.

Oftentimes activities of daily living can improve fitness, muscular strength or flexibility. Taking a bath can have a number of benefits, such as relaxation and improved joint range of motion, that can make a positive difference in our lives. Bathing in warm water is also used to alleviate the ill effects of arthritis, sports injuries or other musculoskeletal problems.these are some reasons why i take a bath.

I am like you, I find a nice warm back relaxing and soothing.. I have also found this Mineral Bath Soak for Aches and Pains very helpful, when I soak in it with warm water, I feel brand new after. I take a bath daily and it is my practices even I have a flu I always make sure to take a sponge bath. This is my assurance that I keep myself smelling fresh and clean all day. Thus, I am protected from bacteria, germs and viruses. Also, make the people happy to see me having a good grooming and great personality combines..no one could complain...

No complaining from me either.. You sound like a very nice clean person as well, what kind of sponge do you use? I tried a lofa one and it was quite nice until I poured the water on my skin the first time. JK
After the first use and my skin was use to it, it has helped alot with the dry itchy skin.. I like it

Man oh man, this is a nice question! LOL
Anyways, it's been a habit of mine to take a bath everyday, and even shower in the evenings. Our weather here in the Philippines is a bit unpredictable now, so sometimes the heat is just too much and I sweat like I-don't-know.
I take a bath daily as I want to feel fresh everyday. I like feeling clean! Even during cold mornings, I still want to take a bath. And I love lounging in the bathroom, taking time to choose from my favorite assortments of soaps, shampoo, and body wash

Yes, we do shower every morning. Sometimes when the weather is too hot, we shower in the evening too before going to sleep. During summer months, it is too convenient and too helpful to shower as soon as u feel like doing it. It is too hot in those months that you need to refresh yourselves. We all love to take showers here and it surely is very nice to sleep with a refreshed body.

Hi... Taking a bath daily is really good for one's hygiene. My husband shower every morning as a daily routine and take half bath in the evening. But my child and I almost took a bath thrice a day. We take a show in the morning that is right after we woke up. Then in the afternoon after our playtime together and then in the evening before going into bed.

That is very great and I am like you it is great for ones hygiene
and as I tell my kids it just makes you feel better about yourself..
I remember growing up and my parents not caring and them theirselves
hardly bathing, when I wouldn't I'd feel so embarsed the next day at
school.. Dirty clothes and being a kid that couldn't wash them is
what I hated most.. We had a very dirty home, I didn't like, but nothing
was worst than the two I mentioned first.. Thank you for your time..
Is that your baby? Very cute.. I have 3 2 boys and 1 girl
