Are you doing sports regularly

I was walking everyday on the morning just getting fresh air and i don't wether it's called sport or not. How about you guys? Are you doing sport regularly maybe just walking or bicycling? Thanks

Yes, despite my busy work,i usually tie up two or three hours to play basketball or badminton twice a week.of course,many of us are busy in making money all the time in the fast pace society,we have no spare time to do sport regularly,even forget to do it.but to control our health,i think it is good idea to go to work by walking or bicycling.

it's a great idea maybe walking and bicycling to work is a way to reduce air pollution and makes more health. Happy mylotting

I consider walking as a sport as well, provided that it's a non-stop fast pace walking which lasts for at least 15 minutes. I used to have brisk walk too, as a daily routine with my parents during my teenage. Now I am having a weekly jogging and badminton games with colleagues. I did not like sports so much during school time. After seeing the obesity and deteriorated health of others who did not exercise regularly, I realize its important and become more active in doing sports periodically.

I can not do hardly any walking at the moment until i have had an op on my toes,so i hope to in the new year.

Yes, I am playing baseball and in evening going to gym so I am really active in sport life.

Back in high school I was a part of the school's swim team. Then I would exercise every day at a very high level. Now that I am no longer doing that, I'm always looking for pick-up games of other sports to help me stay in shape. Basketball at the local gym is a great sport to take part in. Also, I play Ultimate Frisbee with a group of friends.

Not really. I miss exercise in fact. Work tends to get in the way. It's important to make time for exercise I guess.
