When I read some good mylot stuff, for example, I find it pretty interesting and I am happy! At the same time, I am even happier to write something!
After writing anything, I, for the one, will appreciate it first. haha
What about you? Does reading or writing make you happy?

Yes, of course, I feel so happy when reading and writing on myLot.
For me, I want a free and cozy job. So, if I have a chance to choose your career again. I really want to be a Freelance Writer. About one month ago, when I found myLot from my friends, I really liked the place for I can write for others' questions and read the useful information with freedom. I really enjoy the time on myLot.
I love the life to get into writing articles myself.

I had not thought about it before, but I must have just big enough ego that it makes me happy to answer someone else's question or give them advice. What makes me happiest, though, is getting a positive response to my comments.

Hi hiddenwing, Yes, I've always felt comfortable reading a good book, but in recent years I've become more involved with writing and that is really my passion now. I'm happy when I am writing and gaining more confidence all the time. I have published more than a hundred short stories on the Internet and hope to publish them in book form someday. Blessings.

These two things are at the top of my list when it comes to hobbies! I love reading and I love writing and I do both in order to escape the harsh realities of life! I have been keeping private journals for years and I have been writing about my thoughts and feelings and it really is a great form of release for the soul! In terms of reading I love reading pure fiction and my favourite genre is horror! It's nice to sit down on a cold winter's evening and read a good book with a hot mug of tea, or chocolate if that takes your fancy! I have been to many different places, had many different adventures through my reading! Nothing beats this! Andrew

I enjoy doing both because I love doing it.
Writing is a lot more time consuming. Reading is much
easier that writing...but I'm more in to reading. I only
write when I'm inspired of something.

Hi Hiddenwing...what a pretty screen name!
Ever since I was a child, my three favorite things to pursue were reading, writing, and art.
I still do all three: writing for a living, reading for education and pleasure, art in many forms for the love of it.
So yes, reading and writing are a lot like air, food, and faith to me! They make me happy x 1000.

For me I love reading a lot. I love to read novels and stuff and articles in the internet. I love reading trivia and latest events. I'm not fond of reading other people's blogs though. I'm not also fond of writing, i just want to read and read.

yeah. reading and writing make me happy. I'm here to improve my English skills at the same time, as my third language.
The day before yesterday my posts in mylot reached the 100. The first time I saw my reputation here was only 6 degree. I felt sorry and a little shame. I was then beginning to take more attentions to improve my comment quality. ^_^ So please don't rank me as negative, if positive it would be greately appreciated.
Honestly speaking, I would be much happier to see my account balance is increasing.
Im looking forward to receiving my first pay from mylot though it is a long long hard way.

reading is very enjoyable because when i read from what i'm reading i'm visualizing my own characters and everything..
in reading on the other hand, i express my feelings and its helps calm my soul and help me give out the feelings in my heart that i need to set free

Hi hiddenwing,
I love reading, it is one of my favorite hobbies. When I'm not busy with work or household chores, I think of reading as the next best thing. I read a lot, be it printed materials (pocketbooks, magazines, newspaper, textbooks, etc) or news/articles on the internet. Writing is something I want to do but can't (at least for now), I don't have the motivation to go into it seriously. I find it stressful because there is more work involved . The only writing I am passionate about right now, I do it here at myLot.
