I find that when I get overwhelmed, a walk or bursting in dance helps a lot. exercise releases natural anti depressants, so it also helps with that.

hi rondita yes indeed exercise releases endorphins to make us feel much better and gets rid of stress and some pain at times too. plus it wakes up our heart and our circulatory system and makes us a lot more healthy too. hurray for exercise.

Walking even 30 minutes per day is a good way to relieve stress. Because walking promotes blood circulation that is vital to the body organs. When I felt tired as if my body will knock down anymore. I found it relieving to have a walk outdoor to lighten up my stress. Which then make all of my senses back to its function again. It's actually a way to recharge myself.
