Unhappy to be committed

They say that being committed to someone is the most wonderful feeling in this world. are they totally right or they had said it because love is involved? How about love suddenly fades? Is it a gamble or you just have to go with the flow? Maybe, being committed undergo many process. One should be sure about his/her feeling and there should be love. Being committed is not always about happiness but one should also take the risks and gamble. To all in love, love wisely because love is not blind, it sees all your "side a" and "side b". only fools don't know how to choose and love unconditionally.

Hi Enchanter, Being committed should make someone happy, not miserable. It should make life more meaningful, not barren. It should inspire and not make one feel trapped. If this is not the case, then I don't see any reason for keeping the commitment. And yes, you're right, it is important to see all the sides of the relationship - your side, his side, and all that lies in between. Welcome to myLot!
