I've heard that the first thing you eat in the morning is more absorbed into the body or something along that line. I don't quite remember the proper word or term for it. So, I guess the best thing to eat first could be just various fruits. I have this friend that drinks lots of water and eats fruits first thing in the morning. Whether he eats something else that's a little more filling afterwards, I'm not quite sure.

Hi mrnis, to make the daily breakfast diversified my husband and I usually would take different foods as our first meal of the day. If we are really busy and don’t have enough time we then just take cereals. Yeah, it’s easy and fast to prepare. We would like to take a cup of hot coffee and a couple of bread slices if the loaf is available in our food cabinet.
If we have considerable time in weekends or holidays we usually would like to take fried eggs and bacon, toasts and butter or cheese, and a cup of hot and aromatic coffee for sure We don’t take the same foods during weekends. Sometimes we like to eat out. If so, I would like to eat coconut milk rice and pick some delicious dishes like curry chicken, boiled egg, mixed vegetable pickles, roasted peanut and cucumber slices to eat together with the yummy rice Yeah, this is best preference which I pick most of the time went eating breakfast out
Happy posting and have a nice day!

To me there is never an unhealthy diet for breakfast. Everything we eat is healthy but consider the amount of each food we take so that we can maintain moderacy and avoid unnessary illness due to eating disorder.
I also like eggs especially when it is scrambled. And after that a sprinkle of pepper and salt is my favorite. A piece or two frankfurters add up to a marvelous breakfast and I like to end it with a fresh cup of orange juice.

i think bread with butter is enough for breakfast. However we all know if egg has high cholesterol contain and it's bad for our health. We need more energy for starting our activities and we need carbohydrate, not more fat content, so bread could be a best option. But having noodle or fried rice also a good option. But if you don't have many time for preparing breakfast, i think having a cup of milk on the morning is enough for your morning energy until the lunch time. It would be better if you can add some oats on your milk. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I believe eggs are healthy provided they are poached or boiled as there will be no oil. I also like toasted bread and butter. But I am partial to milk and cornflakes for breakfast. I believe the cereal provide a healthy source of vitamins and minerals needed for the day.

Breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day. I usually have granola with raisins, cranberries and maybe a banana along with a cup of tea. Another cereal would be raisin bran with added cranberries and a cup of tea. On Saturdays I would have eggs and toast with tea and grapefruit juice and on Sundays it would be Pancakes with a cup of tea.

Fried rice with fried egg and fried dried fish and steaming coffee would not be a hard meal to prepare during breakfast. My kids and wife prefer juice over coffee though. Not that healthy but compensated with food supplements, vitamins and minerals for my kids.
