For some time, I feel like coughing when head is on the pillows. I changed the pillow cover and the towel, but did not help. It seems I have to get rid of the long used pillows.
Do you have similar problem, and do you sunbathe your pillows?

I sunbathe my pillow regularly and also change my pillow cover quite frequently its a good practice for hygiene issues. I do not have any such allergy problems thankfully. But still I replace my pillow in every 6-8 months, when it becomes sort of flat and I do not feel comfortable sleeping on it.

I do everyday sunbathe all my pillows, if the weather is sunny and i have a lot of free time. I think we need to sunbathe it as often as we can, to kill those germs in the pillow, as the sweat from our body and head tends to stick there, after we had sleep on it. Besides that, it is good, if we can changed the pillow covers as often as we can. And the best is, try to change the pillow, at least once in a year, for hygienic purpose. Happy mylotting...

No I don't have problems like that but I also wash my pillow about every three months or so. I then dry them in the dryer or put them in the sun to dry. Maybe your pillows contents are a material that you are allergic too, such as feathers.
