How Many E-mails do You Receive From myLot Each Day?

I have been a memeber of myLot for one month.
Everyday, I will start many new discussions, post responses and comments to keep active all the time. So, with the increasing number of my friends here, I will receive many E-mails from myLot each day.
You see, I have installed Gmail Notifier, which is an application that alerts you when you have new Gmail messages. Once I have received one E-mail, it will alert me and then I will check the E-mail.
So, how many E-mails do you receive from myLot each day? I can receive more than 60 E-mails everyday.

Hi Minx,
Do you aware of that you can turn on your friend notify so when they create a new discussion you will receive the email alert from Mylot. So if happen you do not log into Mylot for a couple of days, you will not miss their discussion.
For me, if I post new discussion, my email will flooded with lot of Mylot emails.

I used to get 50 to 60. Here lately, it has been very few. I am sure that they are not all coming through. I am lucky to get 20.

That number is mind boggling to me. I haven't even received one e-mail since I've started myLot. What is the secret? Am I doing something wrong? Wait a minute, maybe I am misleading you. I do receive some e-mails when somebody comments on my discussion or comments on my responses. Is that what you are talking about. If so, then how do you get so many e-mails. How many discussions do you start a day? How many responses do you post per day?

Zero. And I'm glad for that, don't like to get too many, already get too many!! I opted to get no notifications, anyways I log on here everyday so it takes nothing to see I have a message or something like that.

Hello Welcome to MyLot well we spend time that we can here in MyLot... that depends on our life style ^^V For me it's not really a heavy work ^^V even after a hard day work i can still come here to relax.. read new information help people.. and while doing that i earn money ^^V good luck

maybe you turned your notification to off.. go to your notification settings and check ^^v then turn them on if it is off. ^^V

Right now, not more than one a day. But more than a year (or is it two years) back when I was very active around here....I couldn't even count. I then took up a job and was so busy with the kids, housework and my job that I couldn't mylot often. But now that I've quit my job, I'm catching up with all the old discussions - I've kept all the old mylot digests.....die hard addict that I am..lol Hopefully, I'll be getting more e-mail notifications now.

I get a least a few e-mails per day to my yahoo account from mylot. sometimes I will get a lot, mabye five or six from dissions started from my friends. at the very least one, it would be mylot digest e-mail that has disscussions from my interst listed in them.

I get just 1 email from myLot each day. Gladly so, that's just enough load for me in one day. I may get 2 or more in one day but still need to iron out things to make time.

I receive my daily digest. Apart from that it depens how many answers and comments I reiceive. It can be anything between 0 and 30!

Hi getbrowser, you are real diligence, I admires your achievement for only 8 months. I don't often to look at my e-mail, so I surprised have a lot of e-mail yesterday. I am a beginner for mylot, I don't start new discussion instead of post response.

I changed my settings so I don't receive any emails from this site concerning my discussions. I already receive enough emails from other sites that I'm a member of and I just don't want or need anything extra. I would rather go to the discussions myself to see if I received any replies.

That's alot. I get a few pages with the topics I am interested in. I like the idea of a notifier. I have a few sites that let me know this as well. Good luck with it. Hope you are having fun here.

not many ,only 2 or 3 emails that comes from mylot,I just scan some instresting discussions, sometimes ,I will add some friends ,that's all ,earning money can't spur me to post more responses or start more discussions,so ,surfing on mylot is a free
thing .

i usually just get the one email from mylot on a daily basis. i get the top discussions or whatever and respond to them. if i get a response from a comment i made then i get an email. other than that nothing more.

Hello, everyone! First, I'm a new member of My Lot. So, of course, I'm not very familiar with this website,but I think it's really very interesting, it can help me to enhance my English. I'm a teacher of primary school, and my English is poorer than before after i gratuated from my university. But now I think i have found a good way to consolidate and enhance my English. I hope I can be friends with all of you. Are you a Chinese? I also hope I can get many E-mails like you in the future.
