Does every boss have same thinking? How to save ourself with that type of person? please suggest?

Well, the most important thing is you done your best! Just ignore the anger of your boss and try to see the other side of the situation. Maybe there's something you need to adjust or maybe your boss may right somehow. And always think that this is also for your good and may be it will help you someday in the other job or company. Peace always.

I would ask your boss outright if you are doing everything right and if he feels there is any area he feels you should be more constructive. Then he can tell you if he has any issues with you. It will all be out in the open so you can then improve in what ever it is he feels you should and you will know. If he keeps being picky about everything you do then I would make a complaint. Because if he won't help you by telling you then he isn't getting the most out of his workforce and he is bringing morale down. So he isn't doing his job right as your employer
