Skyeblue25 Thanks for the advice. Still I wish there was a way to lose weight without cutting out the food ;) I guess the calorie counting is a must. I will definately be doing that from tomorrow.

Skyeblue25 Thanks. I tried this before and it worked. Though unfortunately I put the weight back on as soon as I stopped counting the calories =/ Seems its about a life style change not just a quick fix, I don't think I could count calories forever =(

Skyeblue25 I found this happened to me too so I changed my browser. I use google chrome for mylot as it seems to work well without taking so long. Maybe try experimenting with different browsers and see if any work best for you, there is opera, internet explorer,...
