figthing food craving

when i'm on a diet my food craving increases, i keep fighting my cravings but sometimes i can't help it espl. when i smell roasted meat, pizza, pasta and more, so what's the best i can do to battle up my food craving when i'm on a diet? share me your opinion.

1. Get full on the things you can eat. Hunger triggers cravings too.
2. Roasted meat is good, crave it and eat it.
3. Identify your craving and why exactly you crave that. Sometimes we crave something crunchy, or something hot, or something cold, is there anything 'allowed' that can replace what you are craving?
4. Make sure you are eating plenty of nutrients, some unbalances may cause cravings.

I have those crvings too. Even if I'm not hungry, I sometimes find foods or crave for them. Well, for me, I brush my teeth. That sounds silly. But honestly, it works for me because after brushing my teeth, I really don't want to eat because I just love the taste of toothpaste on my mouth.

fighting food craving is very hard to do and if thinking the food all the time it is hard to do.yes craving increases and gladly i do not diet but i am petite and sexy.i also love pizza and chicken but i often exercises like brist walking and jogging 3 x a week.
