People with less than 100 responses dont get stars, after 100 responses, you will be rated according to your quality of your posts by other users and myLot.

Yes it is called your myLot reputation. You can have your first star after you make about 100 responses to others discussions. They are rating you on your responses so try to make a quality response so your number on the star will grow. The highest possible reputation is 10. That means you are about 98/100 or 100/100. And yes it will also affect your earnings here. I hope you enjoy much your time here in mylot.

hi matt you will get your star when you reach 100 posts, so keep mylotting, it is just an encouragement to let you post more, well they have a reason for not giving stars already, you will now that after some time, but yeah keep on mylotting my friend, i am sure you are going to have lots of fun here... yes the ratings also effect the earnings, quality posts is what matters most if you are looking some nice ratings, but ratings and all isn't such a big thing honestly.

after 100 posts you'll get star, I'm pretty sure the color of it is randomized.

i also don't know much about the mylot ranking of star. my little knowledge bank said that when you passed minimum 100 post, you will see a number right side of your user name in bracket, its your mylot official rating. if anyone have more then 100 post but no have star, it means s/he have 0 reputation. now my rating mark is 9, and i love this red color. i guess 9 is the medium category reputation, but I'm not sure, i just simply guess. I'm waiting for the time when i will reach to the 10,11,12, 12+ rating mark.

Simply, you just need to be an active member of mylot to see your earnings get higher. You can obtain more money if your earnings are rate best response.

You won't get a star until you reach 100 posts, and then you will have a star with a number inside which is your reputation. You get your reputation by users rating your posts, and it depends on the quality of the posts as well. Anytime you post in here, you need to do quality which means more than just a few words and one line posts. Actually, the longer the posts the better. The longer your posts, the more you get in earnings. Yes, our ratings to affect our earnigns, as the higher the rating, the higher the earnings. If you notice the + amd the - in the response area. That is what uwers will rate others with. Most rate positive and other will rat negative, if you disagree with them. It does happen, and not much we an do about it. I gie positive ratings mostly, as we all are trying to get good ratings. I only gie negative ratings when others will post referral links in the discussion area, as it is against the rules to do so.
