Cover your bananas in a piece of white cotton or linen cloth, wrap loosely and store in fridge. It will keep for a longer duration and the skin will not become brown so fast... This tip can also be applied at commercial kitchens as bananas attract fruit flies which are a nuisance. U can easily keep at a walk in chiller with a temperature of 0oC to 5oC which is normally the advices temperature for your chillers. Now no need to be in a hurry to use your bananas at a faster rate or worry your head over fruit flies. Try out and let me know if this helps..
