HELP......My stomach increases an inch everyday....

Stop worrying and stop slouching. While you sit at your desk, or do your daily routine work, just remember to hold your stomach in a little bit. Your posture will look better and your stomach will start reducing in size. Ladies if you can make a little effort try putting on a tummy belt once a week to bed. hi their!..tummy belt is trash, they don't really cut fats on your tummy, it's expensive and with little effect or no effect at all, and their are bad effects in using it like blisters, heartburn, flatulence, gastroesophageal reflux disease..if you really want to trim your fats in your tummy do it the right and costless way, the key is DISCIPLINE, PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE, cheers!!

Dear Bart, There are tummy belts as cheap as $5. Your tummy will really not come out if u practice holding in and discipline yourself as a habit. The belt helps ones in a while when u wear when sleeping. Many of my friends have tried and found results on their own. I myself is 36 and don't have time for exercise. Well i do try but it lasts 2 days so I continue the easiest way I found and am hoping some friends out there find it useful. By the way i also have a kid who is 14 and was 65KG after birth.
