How do I EAT LESS ?

I Wanna lose weight and hence wanna start with eating less but how do i eat less. I Tried drinking water after meals but hi i guess that creates a side defau effect to the health so i'm scared. can you give me some ways ?

hi their again friend! well if your goal is to cut fat, well eating less will work if you doing it the proper way, first have strong discipline, watch what you put to your mouth LOL!, literally watch your intake of carbs, calorie and fats (saturated fats) properly portion the nutrients in every meal and read the labels of food you buy in grocery store or convenient stores, have regular cardio-exercise, start with 15-20 mins. increase the time if your body will get use to it to maintain your fat burning zone..

I wonder if you actually need to eat LESS, or just to eat differently.
Maybe what you need to do is to look at what someone of your age, height and gender should be eating each day and compare that to what you actually eat first.
Then perhaps IF you need to, you can look at changing some of the foods you eat that are less healthy for ones that are more healthy, so that instead of having a couple of burgers and some chips, you might change it to a piece of chicken, a baked potato and some peas and carrots. The amount you'd eat would be the same, but the amount of processed food and therefore fats would be much less. Doing this would mean that you'd still feel full, but you'd be eating a more healthy diet.

You are suppose to drink the water before you eat to help you eat less. However what I do is just use a smaller plate. Its all about portion control. Plus stop eating things that are white. Such as, white bread, rice, flour and sugar. Make sure you are taking a multi-vitamin though. Good luck to you.

hi,i have read some articles in the internet about loosing weight.it is written there that running can make you eat less..i have tried it and it really works.i have been doing that for almost a month.every morning i run for 20-30 mins for thrice a week.try this and hope this works for you too..

This is the not the good way of losing weight....coz by eating less your immune system will become low and ur attacked by disease....so dont ever try to eat less....Just eat wht is needed....avoid all fatty foods and take the vitamins and minerals needed.....Do exercise,take a walk aftr u eat.....Exercise is the best way...
