If you don't sit that's ok but there are people who spent most of there time in front of the computer and end up in ill health

I don't think soo. The human race are becoming smarter and smarter, and yes computers do make life alot easier but also we are becoming more and more aware of what the body needs, and are getting regular excersise. Also the medias image on the perfect body has also affected what people do, as they are now excersising to be like the model they have seen or the person they have seen or know. On a whole computers allow us to do alot more, and also make some of the things we used to de easier. On the other side there are people who sit in front of them all day. As long as we are active in keeping up our helth, and social life, we should be ok :)

our computer can be used for two purposes.for good and for bad.its upon u how u treat our computer and use it.keep ur mind clean and use ur computer to the fullest for good purposes and also teach others about it.

Computer usage has not reached the climax. There is a lot of things which will be computerized in the future. Computers have created unemployment. People who play games on their computers or surf the net all the time tend to become lazy. I am a fine example. But my father makes me do the usual household works and I do maintain my body. I am a bit lazy but my family and work comes before my games, at least most of the times.

In a way maybe but since the introduction of cheap and user friendly computers in the 90's, IMO, I think the only health related known problems that came out were health problems that occur while you use the computer and not because you have less physical activities, I'm referring to those injuries like eye strain, wrist injury and back pains but definitely, too much of everything is bad so we computer users must be responsible enough in managing our time while using the computer, discipline is the key.

If used wisely computers can never be a laziness icon..
Using it to gain knowledge and entertainment is a great way of living..
But there must be limitation in its usage and also its usage must not affect your social activities..

Hello vivekkumarnayak this is checkmail and me too don't think that omputers have made the whole rae lazy.Computers is an innovation of the modern world, and its really imp as well as helpful in nearly all activities world wide. The fat is that humans can replace computers but computers can't replace human beings. In fact the introduciton of computers have increased the competition and knowledge to explore, so more hard work is required by us.Sittin on computers doesn't means not to perform our other daily activity. In order to stay healthy and remain fit, we must put in some extra effort along with working on computers and machines. It really depends upon us whether to live long or short life(Active or Lazy).
