what do you love about Christmas? what do you hate?

I love city lights, and I love egg nog, and the warm feeling, and Christmas movies on tv.

I have not celebrated christmas in years, I am disabled and I usually just stay home and not do very much

What do I love about Christmas?? I love how pretty everything is. The lights, the gift the beautiful decorations. I love the music and the mood of most people. Christmas is the best time of year. I get excited every Christmas and on Christmas day after the presents are opened and the dinner is served, I get depressed because I know I have to wait another year for it to begin again.

I hate the fact that I have to work all the way through it this year :(

I love how its a time that family put aside their problems to have a moments together but I dislike how Propaganda has turned christmas into just a money maker, Children should realize that Christmas isnt just about the presents but to love one another.

Hi cher, At Christmas people seem happier, it's like there's a magic in the air especially on Christmas Eve. I don't like the crowded shops just before Christmas and the idea that some people have that it's all about big gifts. I don't like the way people are enticed to go into debt and then spent the following year trying to pay for it. Blessings.

I love all of the kids Christmas specials that are still on the air from when I was little. I love getting to share that Christmas spirit with my friends and family. I don't like having to feel like I'm rushing around to buy gifts and standing in long lines. I also don't like trying to figure out what to buy for those difficult to buy for people in our lives (in laws). Then after all of the stress and craziness of the holiday it's over in a flash.

hi cher... well lets start off with bad things and then end with good ones ... well nothing of that sort i really hate during this time of the year but yeah sometimes it gets too cold for us to go outside that keeps visitors from coming and us from going to else's... hmm that's pretty much it... good sides there are many... first of all the great occasion itself, what a moment to remember! and then there is all that socializing and meeting relatives and yeah food time! we get to eat so many goodies at that time!.. and the list goes . . .

I love the preparations that go into Christmas. I love the shopping, baking, and decorating for the season. I don't always like the cynical attitudes some people seem to adopt for the holiday sesason though. Christmas is a time of compassion . It shouldn't be one of ridicule.

I love it when I can smell the spirit of Christmas in the air. it is always a nice feeling to know that people are into giving and sharing. What I don't like about it is the fact that it has been too commercialized. A lot of people including children do not know the true essence of it. It should be about the birth of our lord Jesus Christ and not about food and gifts, new dresses and parties..

Christmas is a time for everybody especially for family bonding time. Its very fun because i get to spend time with my family but what i hate about it, do we really have to wait for xmas just to have the spirit of giving?

I love waking up in the morning. The air smells so different during christmas time. I love going to the malls and hear the christmas songs. I love looking at the Christmas decors. I hate the christmas rush and the long line in the cash and credit counters.

i love everything in christmas!! it is the best time in year when i can meet my whole family ,spend time to do nothing only eating and drinking:)

I like the pre christmas preparation. Usually a week before christmas I bake lots of biscuits and cakes to give away and for my guests. I like everything about christmas as it is the only festive season that I am really looking forward to.

I love the gift-giving part and opening presents when it's Christmas. I just don't like the shopping part and thinking of what to buy and of course the budget. I don't mind the shopping, I love shopping, it's the rush, last minute and crowded I don't like.

Oh I love the christmas Carols, the christmas trees, christmas lights and the christmas parties. I also love watching on TV the christmas specials, I love to see the excitements of the kids waiting their gifs from sta clause. I love to see the kind gestures of the people giving away foods and gifts to the streetchildren and the needy. The only one I hate in christmas if I can't afford to give gifts to all the kids and loved ones including friends whom I wished to.

I love almost everything about Christmas. Christmas is my favorite holiday and time of the year. I don't know but when it is Christmas season and generally the whole of December, people are nicer, happier, and more cheerful. I like it that christmas does that to people. I like receiving gifts during Christmas, along with all the Christmas shopping and eating and celebrating. I like listening to Christmas songs and decorating my house in Christmas-y stuff, not to mention having a christmas tree in my living room. The only thing I don't like about Christmas I guess would be the expenses and tons of costs.

Many Chinese people like the Chirstmas and buy the Christmas things those years eventhough it is not a traditional Chinese festival.I like the christmas cards,because it is almost the same with the Spring Festival cards.I can write the words on it,and send it to my friends.

I don't like Christmas at all. It's a lot of expense, wrapping and tinsel make a mess, Christmas songs are depressing, its too hot to cook a roast in Australia on Christmas day, all the family is together and there is usually some kind of family blow up!
