I find that a lot of people have never tried sushi, but is oppose to it. When they think sushi, they think raw fish. That is not always the case, there are a lot of hand rolls, maki, and nigiri that has cook eel, shrimp, and vegetables.
I know there is also a lot of people that do love sushi.
Have you ever tried sushi? If you are one of those that don't like sushi, can you tell me why?

I don't like it because I can't eat any fish or seafood. Raw or cooked I hate even the smell of anything to do with the sea.

I know several other people that tells me they don't eat any seafood at all. What is it about seafood that you don't like?

I eat rice for most meals and naturally I love sushi. It's very appetising because of the added sugar and vinegar to the Japanese pearly, sticky grains. There are so many varieties of sushi to choose from and normally I'll avoid those with raw seafood because I don't take raw meat. My favourites are the california maki roll and unagi sushi. They taste even better with a little Japanese light soya sauce. Mmmmm..
