mysterie81 If you have a japanese or chinese market near you, you could find miso paste in one of those open fridge. Make the miso according to the instruction. You could also pick up tofu and dried seaweed to add into the soup. I've only been able to find dried seaweed...

mysterie81 for this recipe if you make the batter sit overnight, the baking powder active, and the pancake will come out much for fluffier. Also you could substitute the milk for buttermilk and get buttermilk pancakes
