What is the best Thai food you've tasted?

Phad Thai is my favorite Thai food. One of my officemates who is pure Thai cooked this for us and we instantly fell in love with the noodle. She loves cooking spicy foods with Curry and mind you, she cooks really good. Because of her, I learned to love Thai Milk Tea and Mussels in Red Curry Sauce. Whats your favorite?

I love the sweet basil fried rice. When I order that at Thai restaurant I always ask them to make it mild since I can't eat spicy food.
