did you ever choose the best answer to your discussion?

Hi buping. I always choose the best response. I don't forgot to do it, but for me is hard to choose only one, when I have a lot of good answers. Even if it is hard to choose - I do it.

I posted about 6 posts. I gave best answers to some of them. And I got some of the best answers ,too. I think it is a stipulus and respect to the people who reply to your post.

I find it hard to select a best response when I receive a large number of responses. I usually wait for a few weeks, and wait till I receive a sufficient number of responses, and on a particular day, I select and post 20 to 30 Best responses on a single day.

Hi buping, I always choose a best response and keep an eye on the unresolved page to ensure it never goes beyond three pages. I actualy believe that by giving a best response it increases ones own reputuation here as it is a guideling to give them. If ever you have accepted one and been pleased by it then you should do the same to make someone else happy to receive one. It's certainly never too late to award a best response and you only have 5 pages to go through, so if you just did 2 a day you'd soon be up to date. Also when you give a best response, if the receipent thanks you, that alone will move your discussion back to the top of your started list, and give more people the opportunity to respond to it.

Same reason here. I reply all their responses and just forget already to choose the best one. But I have tried already choosing the best response twice. Though I forgot to choose the best response I always give a plus rating to everyone who I think has given a good response.

i don't select best response to my discussion everday, i usually review all my discussion i posted every end of the week so i can let other member post there responses then i select the best responses and rate their discussion using the DRS...

Well, I am actually way behind myself when it comes to choosing the Best Response for my discussions I have started and actually need to go thru the unresolved discussions again soon as I have more time. But I do find choosing the Best Responses to our discussions a good way to get to know others and help out some people in encouraging them of a Good job well done as well.

It is necessary to mark the best response for thediscussions created, or else it will remain in unresolved discussion. It is every mylotians duty to resolve the discussions. It will also increase the earnings of a best respondant.

i always do choose best answers from the responses.it's my one way of saying that i like his post and that it ha helped me in some ways. i love to choose posts that are great and rate it as best response. it's after a week every time i choose one. you should too.

I sure do award best responses in my discussions. Its also a way of giving recognition to the member who has made extra effort just to respond to my discussion. Also, awarding the best response helps out members a bit because those who have been given that award receives a higher earning than when he/she just posted on a discussion. At least that's how it was and I think that's still how myLot rewards members. Best responses does encourage quality posts and those kinds of posts are what keeps myLot a quality site. I do have some discussions that are still unresolved. These would be those discussions that had many responses, or not only one response deserves to be given an award. Ill try to resolve them when I have the time but for now, they're just gonna have to sit there for a while.^_^

Same here I often forget to choose the best response as sometimes am still waiting for other responses. I go back though to my discussions and decide to choose the best response as to whosoever deserved to be.

I do choose the best response, but I wait awhile to give other users a chance to respnd, and mylot says in the guidelinse that we are to wait at least a week before we choose the best response. Some will gie best response, the same day within a few hours, and that is way to soon. They aren't givng other users the opportunity to maybe come up with a better response. Not that I am trying to get it, just that it is just being fair to everyone to wait. Other than that,m there is no set rule for best response. Some don't give it probably because they haven't got the response they really are looking for. I will give best response when I have the answer I am looking for. The same for me. It's was just lately that after receiving best response from one of the discussions i started that it actually feels good that you were chosen among the rest. So now I'm going back to all my discussions and rate each one. CHeers!

I think everyone should choose the best response. It will motivate the respondent to participate more and provide useful inputs in the discussion. Earlier I didn't know about this, therefore most of discussion are unresolved. But Now I choose the best response. But I don't know what to do when I receive only one response to my discussion.

Yes, I do chose best responses. I don't always do it right away. But I do- do it. :)

In the beginning, I did not know that I had to rate responses/discussions and choose the best answer. I only discovered this while browsing at the tabs, in the unresolved area. Since then, I marked (+ mostly)all the responses and chose the best response. In my case, I did not get a lot of responses to my discussions. There was even one discussion which generated only 2 responses. That was the easy part. I found it more difficult though to choose a best response when there was none - like one response line or OK, I agree, etc.

I have the same feeling, when someone made a topic to talk about, they have been conducted on it careful thinking, when we see this topic, we consider the recognition no more carefully than the author, so published comments layout.Therefore,have a good habit to think deeply before we can make a good topic, when you see someone else's topic, think carefully and response for heart.
