Nowadays,more and more people concern about their health,fit or not.what's your advice and how do you did it?

The best way to keep oneself fit is to exercise regularly. By exercising regularly the rhythm of the body that is the physiological process going on will be in a good shape. This keeps the body fit and healthy.

To keep our health fit there are many ways,
- Exercise regularly
- Eat well balanced diet
- Brisk walk daily
- Always keeping our mind relaxly
- Be happy always
- Smile often
- Dont get anger soon
- Sleep Well
- Spend more time with your family
- Dont shgout for all things speak softly
- Go out with ur family atleast once in an month
Like this many ways are there.If we follow this we will be so healthy.100 Years LOng Life!!!

The health industry is massively complex and there is so many different things that people claim to work and diets as well as wonder machines but it's really simple. Don't eat fatty or sugary foods, to much coffee.
Eat fruit and vegetables and go for runs or something along those lines every day and perhaps some weight training.

well,actually,it is not a easy thing to keep fit,no matter how you keep it,just two days drinking or eating a lot will disturb you and ruin your project.but we should try our best to keep fit in order to keep away from some dieases and look beautiful.
the first is to give up bad habbit,like stay up in front of the computer.
second is to eat more vegetable than meat.
also,drink more water and do more excises.
