wanna start a business with not much investmeny required in a small town! / myLot

i wish to start a new business, may be related to fashion as i'm a graduate in fashion design. can u sugest me some business which i can start at a small level n expand later on. i'm a resident of india which is a developing country n so the business, whatever i start should have a scope in a developing country!!!!

I've thought about doing something like that too. Live in a very small town, in a small poor county. You need to figure out what people would be willing to spend their money on. Here in the USA, or at least where I live, Dollar Stores or Dollar General stores are very popular-where they sell everything for a dollar, or fairly cheap. We have 2 within a mile of my house. I have lots of pets, and the closest pet store is about 45 minutes away, thought about starting up one of those, but then I thought, these people here don't care that much about their pets. You want to start a fashion related store. Is there a high demand for it in your area? If it's a poorer area, people may not be able to afford it. Maybe check into going to a larger city/town to start up that type of business. Good luck!!

thanks for the response buddy! actually fashion store wont work in my area also i guess cos firstly there z not much scope in my area n secondly al d surrounding bigger towns r already satureted by many such stores! but i think a pet store can b a gud idea.... good luck 2 u 2!
