Honestly I experienced that when me and my husband were still living in different provinces. We only met once a month and it hurted a lot when missing him. All I could do is video call him and I really owed that 3g technology lol. Now we are together and I'm glad I'm not lonely anymore.

I had a long distant relationship for six years while i was studying abroad, both my hubby, the boyfriend back then, and I missed each other so much, i only got a chance to go back home visit him one a year, the longest was two years one time. I felt so lonely sometime in those days, the only way can help me with that was making phone calls, almost once a day, maybe just a "how are you? what are you doing right now?" makes me feel that he is close to me. i tried not to use the visual phone calls, 'cause that was so painful for seeing your love one without touching him. anyway thanks for Bell, the inventor of the telephone, i managed to survive the lonely days abroad by myself.
