kiwi fruit

kiwi fruit - do you eat it with skin?

i just wondering it's ok to eat kiwi fruit with skin on? the fruit lady told to me i can eat kiwi with skin on and to prove it she ate it infornt of me...uuummhh!! i 'm still not convice...how bout you? how do you like your kiwi? do you eat it fresh, as it is?

I am afraid it is difficult to wash out the residual pesticide. and its so fuzzy and rough skin disgusted me ~~ i still can hardly accept that.

Yes, i eat it ~ kiwi fruit is very nutrious but its price is also much higher. i cut the kiwi in two then scoop out the pulp and left the fruit skin ~ ^_^

You can but I don't know why you would want to..... *shrug* I don't know where they come from (where they are imported from, that is) but in the fall, for like two weeks, we have kiwi berries. I don't know if they are some pygmy variety of kiwi fruits or if they are a hybrid with something else but they are fabulous. They are basically tiny kiwi fruits without fur and they kind of look like olives. But, here anyway, if you find them in a store buy them because they won't be there next week.

I agree with binthu. Kiwi can be eaten with skin on or without skin.
