How long have you been with your partner before you decided to move in together?

I knew my husband for over a year before we got together. Once we were together, we had only 1 months until he returned to England and I stayed in my home country.
I didn't want a distance relationship and knew he was Mr Right for me. So 5 months later, I packed my bags and moved to England.
We've been together over 7 years now - 2 of which married. I haven't regretted our quick decision a single day.
How long have you been together prior to moving together or marrying?

I was with my husband a year and a half before we got engaged and were engaged a year and a half before we got married. So three years total. I had moved on with him three months before we got married because him mom was terminally ill and needed constant care. I felt that she was better off with family rather than in a nursing home. I am so glad that I had some time with her before she passed. She and I shared so much together.

I hope you have an easier life now though. It certainly made you see as a couple though how strong you are together and that you can get through everything life throws at you.

My husband and I were together for 9 months before we moved in together. We were living together for 6 years before we got married. We have been together for 11 years, five of which we have been married. I don't regret the decision we made either! We love each other very much! :)
