Sounds way too easy doesn't it? In my hometown, people get paid approximately $160 a month to walk for 1 a day, in the morning. Hmmmm.....who the heck pays people that much just to walk, you ask? Newspapers do!! Walk and throw a paper on the ground. How hard can that be? Not to mention, with the increasing rates of obesity, it is the perfect job for those of you needing more excersize.

You're killing me briennekb! I had a paper route about 40lbs and 20 years ago! I didn't make $160 a month but I had strong shoulders a good throwing arm and thighs like animals! Hated the rings around my eyes from having to get up early though!

That is 2000% not true. In my town, 85% of the carriers are over the age of 25. what says grown adults don't need extra pocket money? why are many people using mylot? same thing.

People don't consider it because they think it is a job that only 12 year old kids have.

maybe consider the health benefits instead of the financial benefits. It is recommended to walk at least an hour a day.

Your local paper. Or even the big papers like USA Today. If you lived in the US

It's great to do in spring to autumn, but during winter? With the snow too...

You just have to bundle up real tight. Once you get moving and the blood is flowing, it isn't that bad.

That's too bad they don't have it in your area. It's good excersize.

Actually, you would be surprised how many adults actually have paper routes. I am the mgr. of a newspaper and in my town, 85% of the carriers are adults.
