What is the great difference is diet soda over regular soda. Regular soda contain sugar and caffeine. Sugar causes diabetes, tooth decay and obesity, while caffeine can cause stress, jitters, and a weakening of the bladder. The carbonation of all soda also causes the Vitamin D from your system to be basically sucked out of your system. Diet soda contain caffeine and aspartame (most sodas use it as a sugar substitute). Aspartame can cause insulin resistance, increase hunger, and cause brain hemorrhaging.

I prefer juice. Not sodas. I'm curious when they say zero sugars when it comes to sodas because even if they claim there is no sugar, there's some type of sweetener that has lots of chemicals in it. So, with that said, I think the Diet ones are just as bad as the regular ones. Best stick to fresh juice or water.

sorry but it's seldom for me to drink this beverage but i prefer diet soda or light one, but with regards with the taste?...uummh!! one's crappier and more plastic tasting that the other...both of them are giants in chems..from animal and chems that are also shared with dish detergents, food coloring, chems that are also used to hold vitamin pill together..make plastic bottle and so on..i think drinking these things and eating processed foods harden the arteries and make it brittle..
