how to lose over than 3 kilo in month .. saggest me . plz ????

lose weight .. i cosidar thet many of us hate thet concept .. and i'm one of thim .. u lose the weight sloly.. but u have the weight faster than u can controol it .. this is my life .. i love eating not becouse i hangry .. but i love fast food in my university.. but befor one month in 12/10. i suggest me to have a died .. to no eating any thing .. only drink water , jouce. cofee .cte .. so know in 14/11 . i have lost a 3 kilo .. and am very happy .. i know it's a wrong ways .. but i pored about make training without losing weight .. so don't play sport only make it effective with no eating .. but y can eat only salad , and healthy food .. without oil or putter and corbohidrat .. thanks and know .. tell me .. what i can do to lose over than 3 kilo in month .. thanx for all

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Have you heard of Realage.com. This is an interactive website where you can monitor your health from weightloss to controling blood presure. On this site you can find out what foods you should eat, what exercise you should do and many more info. Of course walking is one of the best ways to lose weight but remember if it is something that you already do then you need to increase your action, exp. walk faster, walk around the campus - add extra distance, swing your arms more, use the stairs instead of the elevator and so on. Wear the right shoes. Diets do not work because most of them cut out essential ingredients that your body needs to be healthy. your lose weight plan is starvation plan not a diet plan, a proper diet is a choices of right food and the amount of intake, it is not totally zero carbs, calories and fat (but definately zero to unhealthy fats) just use small amount of this nutrients, since you are student why not take the stair and walk on your school to back up your proper diet plan..
