milk and tuna break-up

i remembered the advise of my friend at the gym that i shouldn't eat at the same time my milk and tuna sandwich for breakfast, he said that his older brother almost died of food poisoining after eating tuna and milk...it's true?

This is my first time to hear this stuff. I always drink cold milk in the morning and I know that at some point in time I did have milk and tuna sandwich at the same time. If it's food poison I think you just have to make sure the milk's fresh and tuna is well cooked.
