if i cant jog, i do lots of stretching like yoga, you perspire, you improve your flexibility and balance, you improve muscle tone, plus you lose weight too.. If you are lazy to jog or move yourself, do this and you'll see a great physical change in you as well

Yes I do, i think ti would be better if you do it at least once a week
Because it will give a better result to keep our body health and fit to support routine activity.
If you are too busy or don't have time to do some exercise, you can do basic exercise. It can do everywhere and anywhere in fact you just need a short time to do this simple exercise.
There are five kind exercise that you can do:
1. Push up
2. Sit up
3. Butt lift
4. Squatting
5. Reverse lunge
Just do these 5 or 10 minutes a day but you should do these routinely everyday.
Then it will give a great result in your body. These toning exercises are cumulative exercises that will give a good effect to every muscle in your body.

I try to walk 3 miles or work on on the Wii every day. I don't always do it, but for the most part I'd say I do. In a typical week, I exercise 6 days.

I used to exercise five days a week. After I had my pets...woosh...all exercises are down the drain. I have a lot of running around the house with my pets. Four dogs and eight cats. when the cats start quarreling, I have to run around to stop them. And all my four dogs don't get on, and so I have to take them out one by one. what more exercise to I need? I'm 53 years of age. I guess that's enough for now. And oh, I do take my mom for walks, but its kind of a very slow walk, not a brisk one...

I try to do physical exercise every day , regularly. I miss it some times, when I get back home from work very late. If time and weather permit, my favorite way is jogging along the park way. That is very refreshing and keeps very healthy. And, in the evening before going to bed, I would practise "Yoga Meditation". Meditation is very good for physical and mental health. It helps to get rid of all the stresses of the day.

Well before my husband had came home from being overseas, I was exercising 5 times a week. I would only workout on the week days and take my break on the weekend. I took it seriously I'd force myself to do it for a minimum of 30 minutes. I sometimes did a little more but at least 30 minutes each time. I would listen to music to keep me pumped up to continue to push myself. But since my husband has come home I haven't done it at all but I really want to get back to doing it. We were suppose to start going to the gym together but I'm not sure what has happened with that plan but hopefully we do soon.

Yes you are right! Excercise is great for both body and mind.
We, both me and my husband, work out thrice a week. Exercise can be in any form - walking, cycling, gym exercise, dancing, aerobics or even martial arts.
I do 1 hour of dance and some cardio exercises and I feel great at the end of it.
These days, I find many of them ignoring exercise. Especially those who sit in front of computers the entire day should definitely find some alternative exercises. It could be as simple as using the stair case instead of the lift... or walking to the market, instead of using a car.

I exercise 4 times a week as much as I can because sometimes I get lazy. Right now I'm very determine to lose weight even if it is hard to exercise very often I'm force myself. Exercise is good for our health and it is also a good stress reliever.

Of course it is good for your health. To get good calorie exercise you need to jog for 15 minutes continuously at your target heart rate. Exercise can't be a weekend warrior kind of thing either you have to do 3 or more times a week to get weight loss and get toned legs.
