Which type and which band laptop is suitable for me using at home?

I do not know how much it would be in your country, but my laptop is a Sony Vaio. It is the second one I have owned. This one has a duel processor and 4GB of RAM and I am very pleased with it. It's price here in the UK was just under £400 (GB pounds).. - Derek

Ask yourself what you would be doing with the computer? If it is just for Microsoft applications, any brand will do. Not too expensive-medium range would do. However, if you want to play games, you need one with a good graphic card. If you want to download songs and movies get one with more internal storage space. Anyway, you can have external drives if you should need more storage.

I'm sorry that I cant suggest an apt laptop for u..But I can give you some tips..If you are a hardcore gamer or multimedia worker,,u need a hig config laptop to use it smoothly..But it will not be available for the price range u suggested..But I dont know much about ur local prizes..U go for a medium config laptops and that will be somewhat smooth for you..have fun pal..

hi, i think it always depends on you taste and budget to choose which brand is good.I am using Samsung R508 which is latest in market and i got it with good configurtion at a price of 34000 RS. ( i dont know how much it is at ur place).I took it based on my needs as i need to install some softwares like .net which takes lot of memory. If you need basic configuration then any brand may suit your budget. HP,DELL,Samsung are my choices...as i havent seen any problems with the system.

Now I use the Fujitsu S7211. I am satisfied with this product (performance and quality). My childs uses Apple for musics and Acer for programs. Looks like they had no complaints in order to meet their computer needs. I think you should inventory your needs before choosing. Each laptops have advantages and disadvantages of each.
