newmoon. another disappointment or not?

i havent watched newmoon yet. however i know its already out. i have second thoughts of watching the movies coz i was disappointed of the first twilight that went out. reading the book prior to watching the movie is bad if you want to be entertained by the movie. but since i read the book before the movie was out, then i was disappointed. i have to admit edward and bella are not as beautiful as they were described in the book. anyone agrees with me on this? i dont know with you guys but i think they could have gotten better people for the movie. another thing is the storyline, they altered some good parts of the story that should have been great in the movie. :)

New moon is showing today here in the Philippines and many are now fun of Edward Cullen and Bella here and one of them is my sister. I watched the first one Twilight for me the story is very common and there nothing usual to it.I think we have different preferences of movie but I don't know why other people are bit crazier about Robert Pattinson.

agree! :) btw im also from the phil :P so yeah i guess i can relate to that. almost everyone here is going crazy about "edward cullen". and to think that jacob looks better than edward. lol. :D disadvantage for jacob coz his not as white as edward XD

I agree that they don't look as I pictured (Jacob does, though!) I am an Edward team member, but Jacob was done perfectly in New Moon. The movie is fabulous compared to Twilight. I have a couple problems with it, but that always happens when a book is turned into a movie. The acting and special effects are much better - overall it was just amazing. I walked out of Twilight disappointed, but not New Moon. I walked out wondering who would go with me to see it a second time. Go see it - I don't think you will be as disappointed as you think. They are finally letting more of the Cullens talk than just Edward which was a big problem I had with Twilight.

yeah!.. i have to agree with you on that one.. jacob was done perfectly in new moon.. but still i think they could have gotten a better bella and edward.. twilight was one of the few disappointments i had with movies.. im really glad that new moon did not turn into another disappointment as twilight was.. :D have a good day

I have to watch it first, i am still looking for the link, i'll watch it online. BUt i bet its a fairly good movie, coz there are no other new movies lately except for 2012

watch it on theaters.. i wasnt disappointed now as i was in the first twilight movie.. :) it wasnt as bad as before.. i must admit i was impressed. :D

I have watched the movie yesterday and it's not really that disappointing as the first one, Twilight. Reading the book before watching the movie was a mistake that i did this time, i would agree with you. Although, I wasn't expecting that much from the movie, i would say there are still a lot of things that i was hoping to be part of the movie. And i would say Jacob was really hooottt..! They really should have gotten somebody to play the role of edward and bella and rosalie who as described by the book as really beautiful. And yes, they have also altered some of the good parts of the story which i was hoping to see. I would rate the movie as 8/10 anyway..

yes gaiza.. its not as bad as the first one.. lol.. at least they got better.. right? but i wont necessarily give it an 8/10. maybe a 6 or a 7.. since i still thing that edward and bella are miscasts.. they could have gotten better looking young actors and actresses
