Ayeizsha That is also one of the things I am thinking. I know there are other jobs out there were my qualifications would fit in. I am just afraid to take that risk. Maybe the new company will be not as good as my present one. There's so many what if;s on my head...

Ayeizsha It's just that recently there has been changes with our work load. That is the reason why I am no longer happy with it. I am trying to look for another job now, but it seems it just so hard to look for one which is as good as my present job.
